1. Agreement

By accessing or using sdrwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using sdrwise on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use sdrwise to violate applicable law, infringe third party rights, send unsolicited bulk messages outside permitted B2B outreach, or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

3. Credits & billing

Subscription and one-time top-up credits never expire. Refining a row, verifying a professional email, and acquiring a direct phone number each consume one credit. Reachability scoring and email re-verification are free.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant sdrwise a limited license to process that data solely for delivering the service to you.

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

sdrwise is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
